Service delivery

Service delivery
Neurorehabilitation providers have a duty of care to ensure that the services that they provide are meeting the needs of their patients and staff.

Clinicians at Gray Matter are experts at working with organisation at both a local and national level to identify any short-comings in their service provision, and to help them enhance their practices to ensure that their patients receive the best possible care and their staff feel confident and competent in their duties.

Service delivery
We work with organisations to enhance service delivery through the following approaches:
  • Guidance around best-practice guidelines as outlined by regulatory and professional bodies as well as third sector providers;
  • Undertaking of audits to measure current service functioning against an identified standard;
  • Service evaluations to identify areas of unmet need, and the efficacy of new initiatives, in terms of service functioning;
  • Qualitative and quantitative approaches to data collection and analysis;
  • Detailed reports outlining the findings of our investigations alongside recommendations around how to enhance service delivery;
  • Meeting with stake holders to consider the results of any investigations and how best to implement our recommendations;
  • Staff training to ensure that service delivery reaches the required standards.
